How it works
Welcome to Studio54 Atelier — this is where you prepare your artworks and send them to Studio54 to be published on Artnet. Here is the whole process, step by step.
Step by step
Sign in with the email and password Studio54 gave you.
Start a new work — click + New Work on the My Works page. You can have up to 30 works.
Upload your main image — this is the artwork itself. Use the highest-resolution file you have. If it is too small you will see a warning: upload a bigger file, or use Upscale 2× to enlarge it.
Add mockups (optional) — these show your work hanging on a wall. Upload your own, or click Generate to create them with AI.
Fill in the details — title, medium, materials, year, and so on. Not sure what a field means? Click the small ? next to it. AI can help too: Suggest titles gives you 8 ideas, and Generate from image writes a description for you.
Set sizes and prices — you offer the work in up to three print sizes. The height and width are calculated from your image; you set the edition (how many copies) and the price for each size.
Save any time — click Save to keep your work as a draft. You can come back and keep editing it whenever you like.
Publish when ready — click Publish. This sends the work to Studio54 for review and locks it, so you can no longer change this work (you can still create and edit other works).
Studio54 publishes it on Artnet. If something needs changing, Studio54 sends it back with a note — then you can edit it and publish again.
AI coins
AI features use coins. You start with 100 coins. Costs: mockup 10, upscale depends on image size, suggest titles 2, generate description 2. The exact cost is always shown before you confirm. Out of coins? Buy more in the Account tab.
Your account
In the Account tab you can set your name, country and VAT number, see your coin balance, and manage your membership and billing.
